Sensitar disc dryer of rendering plant
Indirectly steam-heated and designed for continuous cooking or drying of animal by-products or fish. The rotor consists of a central pipe on which vertically arranged and parallel discs with double walls have been welded This design results in a concentrated heating surface offering maximum evaporation capacity in a compact design . The wet material is fed into the dryer through the inletat the drive end. The material is transported through the dryer andagitated by means ofpaddles mounted on the periphery of the rotor. The material is dried by direct contact with the steam-heated surface of the rotor.The water evaporated from the material is removed through the vapour dome at the top of the stator. The steam inlet is at the non-drive end of the rotor, and the condensate outlet is placed at the drive end.Scraper bars are designed to prevent material buil-up between the discs of the rotor. The dried material is discharged at the opposite end at the bottom of the stator typically through a discharge screw conveyor with variable speed drive.

Mechanical dewatering with the twin screw press is very cost efficient and
adds energy savings to the overall fish meal production. The twin screw press
has been optimised to ensure that the press cake always has the best possible quality. The twin screw press is of a very robust and sturdy design, which ensures high cake dryness at low rotational speed on the screws. Liquid from the strainer and the press
is collected for further separation into oil and stick water.

The fully automated collection point places the dead livestock and poultry in the cold storage of minus 30 degrees Celsius for collection and storage, and unloaded the materials into the fully enclosed raw material bin embedded 5 meters underground for crushing. The spiral pump pipe is sealed and transported to the interheat type high temperature and high pressure drying process unit, and the materials are processed by steam at interheat type high temperature and high pressure. The processed material is sent to the press chamber through a closed pipeline for pressing and degreasing to obtain bio-oil, which is an important raw material for the production of bio-fuel.The material residue is made into biological organic fertilizer after crushing.
