Broiler producer Brazil has declared an animal health emergency over pourlty flu

Panamanian pork has officially entered the Nicaraguan market, with a container containing 280 boneless pigs officially departing for Nicaragua from the Cocle meat processing plant in Las Tablas, Los Santos Province, Panama. Augusto Valderrama, Panama’s minister of Agriculture and livestock Development, defined it as a positive step toward boosting meat exports. JoseAntonio Halphen, owner of the Cocle meat processing plant, said it was Panama’s first boneless pork export to Nicaragua, a small but significant amount.Halfen also said that it is not easy for a meat processing plant to comply with international standards, food safety, and related certifications and procedures, as these requirements are becoming more and more stringent, but Cocle processing plant has met all the requirements and will continue to do so, aiming to be a bridge for meat exports.流程图
