Short Description:
Rotor:

Consists of a central tube with a number of parallel mounted hollow discs.

Rotor discs are made of stainless steel, constructed for containing steam as heating medium.

On the periphery, the discs of the rotor are equipped with exchangeable paddles for optimum transport of the dried material.
Stator:

Parts of the stator which are in direct contact with the product are made of stainless steel. External legs and supports are made of carbon steel.

The stator is equipped with inspection doors which can be operated from the gangway. Every second door is supplied with illuminated inspection glass with wiper.

The amount of water evaporated from the product is removed through the vapor dome in the top of the stator.
